Get ready to radically change your approach to work and life.

You’ve taken personality tests… but now it’s time for an attitudinal assessment.

The ELI is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal researched-backed assessment tool that allows you to look honestly at your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities in times of stress and non-stress. The ELI provides a baseline of where your energy as a leader is showing up right now in your personal and professional roles, and how it is being harnessed to help you progress or hinder your performance. Overall, it helps with the challenge of increasing awareness to be a more effective leader.

There are two types of ELI assessments:

  • Self-Assessment which is the Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment (ELI)
  • 360 Assessment, the Energy Leadership™ Index 360 Assessment (ELI 360), which allows you to gather feedback from colleagues, managers, friends, clients, and any other people or groups from whom feedback is desired on key leadership competencies.

  • Each online assessment takes less than 20 minutes and leads people through rating themselves on their beliefs, self-perceptions, emotional reaction tendencies, and behavior patterns. The questionnaire is designed to measure the amount of anabolic and catabolic energy in a person’s core energy makeup, under both ideal and stressful circumstances. The more a person can reduce catabolic energy and increase anabolic energy, the higher their core energy will be. Knowing where your energy resonates during normal circumstances as well as under stress is the first step in shifting your energy!
  • The assessment is later followed up by a 60-90 minute debrief session with your coach aimed at discussing themes, learnings, and action plans for continued growth.
  • Cost: $400 per person (includes a 60-90 minute debrief)
